Delivery Costs

  • All products are shipped via our carriers Parcelforce or Royal Mail and should reach you within 5 to 10 working days of you placing your order with us. If an item is out of stock with our supplier it could take up to 28 days to arrive, we will contact you to let you know of the delay. Please advise us on the notes section of your order form if you have a deadline to meet.
  • If you need your order quickly and it is to be shipped to a UK address (includes England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, the Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight) you can pay an extra £3.55 to ensure next day despatch on items we have in stock. Items in stock are marked as available for next day despatch on their descriptions. Items not in stock are marked as available.
  • If you need your delivery to arrive on a Saturday we would be happy to arange this for you however there will be an additional carriage charge to pay - call us on 0117 9825169 to arrange.
  • If you would like your order gift wrapped please select this option on your order form, indicating the occassion your loved one will be celebrating. We will gift wrap your kitchenware and attach a gift tag with a personal message from you to the recipient. We charge £3.50 per item wrapped for this service.

    * Please note the company reserves the right, with your consent, to charge additional postage and packaging costs for heavier items where the cost is not covered by the standard charges listed above. we will contact you should this additional charge proove necessary.

    All items purchased will need signing for. If you leave alternative delivery instructions ie. 'please leave in shed' we would be happy to do this but this is done at the buyers own risk. Should parcels go missing we will of course be happy to provide you with proof of despatch.

    Any orders that are shipped to a destination outside the UK mainland are done so at the buyers risk as we cannot track shipments once they leave the UK. We are of course happy to supply shipment documents to assist in tracing goods once they have left the UK mainland.

    Any return of goods is done so at the customers cost - a refund of postage will be given if the goods, when inspected, are proved to be faulty or incorrectly sent.

    There will be an administration fee of £5 in respect of any orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed. Cancellations after 14 days incurr no additional administration fee.

    When you have received your kitchenware please e-mail us to confirm - we like to know that you have received your goods and are happy with them.
