We are able to take orders directly over the Internet, which we hope will make buying your kitchenware from us easy. If you would prefer you can, of course, telephone, fax or send your order by snail mail using our pro forma Fax/Mail Order Form . Either way your kitchenware will be sent to you as quickly as possible.(usually within one to two weeks)
We recommend that you print off these instructions so you can refer to them if you get 'stuck' in the middle of our shopping cart!
The software we use to operate the shopping cart is installed on a secure server, which means that all your order details - including credit card, name and address - will be encrypted when it is sent to us. This will stop anyone else being able to read it. Once we have received your order we remove it from our server, which as you will appreciate reduces the amount of time your details are on our server and therefore available in the unlikely event that a hacker has been able to penetrate our security. We will not release your details to any third parties.
You can use this facility to search by product name eg. lazyfish or by brand name eg.Bodum or by theme eg.baking or stainless steel by entering your key word in our search box and clicking your mouse on the 'search' button
If you select this option you will be able to view our collection of over 5000 kitchenware products, which we have categorised into easy to follow ranges. You can choose to browse by category by clicking on the range you wish to see and our shopping cart software will do the rest!
Once you have selected the kitchenware you wish to buy by clicking on the BUY icon you will be asked to specify which part of the world you would like your kitchenware delivered. This will allow us to correctly charge you for postage and packaging. Once you have done this select CONTINUE and you will be taken to your order form.
There is a facility on our order form that allows you to convert the items you have decided to buy into your local currency. (Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates this may vary slightly from the price charged).
Once you have selected PURCHASE you will be asked to fill in your name, address and payment details. This information is held on secure server so it cannot be read by a third party. You will be allocated a unique customer number, which if you choose allows us to store your details so that when you come to shop with us again all you need to do is enter your number and your details will pop up. These can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us.Please note if you would prefer us not to hold your details then you can elect for us not to do this.
You have the option to have your kitchenware delivered to a different address to your home address, which can be useful if you want to send a gift to a relative/friend/business contact abroad. Please just complete the delivery address details on your order form and we will do the rest.
We can gift wrap items ordered, except for the larger items we stock like the hampers, the coffee makers, the butchers trolleys and larger elecricals, simply select what type of wrapping you would like - birthday, Christmas, mother's day, fathers day, wedding or general. If there is a deadline please advise and we will try to meet it. We offer this service at a cost of £2.95.
When you are happy that the details you have entered are correct please click on CONTINUE. You will get an e-mail from us to confirm that we have received your order and give you a unique order number. Please use this order number to raise any queries you may have with us.
