In the classic French cook's style and superbly crafted in fully forged stainless steel these knives are perfectly balanced for ease of use.
Solid spun rivets mean the handle should not work loose and the blade contains 0.5% carbon, 14% chromium and 25% molybdenum for extra strength and hardness and years of stain and rust free use.
From the Veritable house of Sabatier they are dishwasher safe.
