These professional quality oiled beech boards have been used by several celebrity chefs on T.V. and come in two different sizes – medium, which measures 38cm by 30.5cm and large, which measures 51cm by 35.5cm.
Both are 4cm thick and have handy finger grooves carved into their ends to make lifting the boards easy.
To ensure they last a lifetime we recommend you invest in a bottle of the wood oil to ensure the wood is kept well oiled.
