Kitchen Craft traditional porcelain egg coddler with a stainless steel lid and rim for making perfect coddled eggs.
Coddled eggs are similar to poached eggs, except that the egg is cooked inside the coddler.
Easy to use, simply break the egg into a greased coddler, add seasonings, milk or cream (if desired), and then lock the lid in place and boil until the egg is the desired firmness.
