| Rhubarb is now in season, sharp and juicy. |
Easy to grow the sharp taste of the stems works brilliantly with the sweetness of sugar. In February you can grow gorgeous tender forced rhubard and in April, May and June it grows prolifically without any encouragement. Cooked and raw rhubarb both freeze well.
