Palette Knives
A palette knife is an extra long knife with an extremely flexible steel blade.
Palette knives are a life saver in the kitchen - they allow you to cleanly turn over drop scones or biscuits, spread cream, icing and cake fillings and to smooth toppings for baked dishes (such as polenta or mashed potato).
