If you're bored of using the same old frying pan and want to try something better - go for this. A saute dish that's brilliant for frying and sautéing.

All of the Tierra negra cookware can be used over any direct source of heat, including an open fire. Cooks love it because it enhances the flavour of the food.
Before being used for the first time the cookware should be thoroughly cleaned with washing-up liquid and a sponge to remove any residues left after the firing process. Each piece should then be filled three-quarters full with water and placed in an oven for 30 minutes at 200˚C or Gas Mark 6.
