Stoneware is literally as old as the hills. But stoneware from Le Creuset has definitely been made for the 21st century.
It has been fired to such a temperature that allows it to cope with freezers, microwaves, dishwashers or fan ovens and has a glaze so tough it won't crack, glaze or scratch.
These mixing jugs come in various colours. They hold 2 litres and measure 18cm x 25cm.
We just love the shape.
